L’Expert Infrastructures et Intégration TI sera responsable de faire le pont entre les opérations et les projets d’infrastructure TI, dans un environnement Microsoft et Azure de plus de 500 serveurs.

PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT

• Piloter des dossiers en parallèle (migration des centres de données)

• Identifier et partager les interdépendances entre les projets

• Animer les échanges avec les fournisseurs (licences, projections)

• Gérer les budgets d’acquisition et le cycle de vie du parc

• Analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et tableaux de bord

• Rédiger la documentation et synthétiser les jalons des projets

• Travailler au cœur d’une équipe d’environ 40 personnes

• Œuvrer dans un environnement sur Azure, Windows, Linux et SQL Server

PROFIL

• 10+ années d’expérience en TI, dont 7+ en infrastructures TI

• Expérience comme Gestionnaire de Projets TI ou Chef d’Équipe (fort atout)

• Expertise en Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365 et Intune

• Maîtrise des interfaces de programmation d’applications (API)

• Connaissances en Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) et Extract-Transform-Load (ETL)

• Pratique d’Azure DevOps, d’Ansible et de l’intégration continue (CI/CD)

• Fondements en sauvegarde de données, idéalement Veritas NetBackup (atout)

• Compréhension de l’Infrastructure as Code (IaC) avec Terraform (atout)

• Esprit analytique, aisance à l’oral et talent de vulgarisation

• Certification ITIL (atout)

• Études universitaires en TI, informatique ou domaine pertinent

• Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais fonctionnel)

The IT Infrastructure and Integration Expert will be responsible for bridging operations and IT infrastructure projects, in a Microsoft and Azure environment of over 500 servers.

• Lead several initiatives in parallel (data center migration)

• Identify and share interdependencies between projects

• Drive discussions with vendors (licenses, projections)

• Manage acquisition budgets and the asset lifecycle

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and dashboards

• Write documentation and summarize project milestones

• Collaborate within a team of approximately 40 people

• Work in an environment based on Azure, Windows, Linux and SQL Server

PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in IT, including 7+ in IT infrastructure

• Experience as an IT Project Manager or Team Lead (strong asset)

• Expertise in Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365 and Intune

• Mastery of Application Programming Interfaces (API)

• Knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Extract-Transform-Load (ETL)

• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Ansible and continuous integration (CI/CD)

• Data backup fundamentals, ideally Veritas NetBackup (asset)

• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform (asset)

• Analytical mindset, strong verbal skills and a talent for simplifying

• ITIL certification (asset)

• University degree in IT, computer science or a related field

• Bilingualism (French required, English functional)
