We are currently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager for a 14-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.
MANDATE
- Manage software development projects in digital transformation
- Orchestrate the rollout of several interconnected digital solutions
- Monitor progress, risks and interdependencies across initiatives
- Lead go-lives through to full operational handover
- Collaborate within a team of more than 20 people and various vendors
- Work in an environment based on Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall
PROFILE
- 20+ years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager
- Experience in digital transformation within the healthcare sector (strong asset)
- Expertise in coordinating projects involving several vendors
- Skilled at conveying project progress clearly to senior management
- Autonomy and strong ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (asset)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, management or equivalent
- French required, English as an asset

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Gestionnaire de Projets TI Senior pour un contrat d’une durée de 14 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.
MANDAT
- Gérer des projets de développement logiciel en transformation numérique
- Orchestrer le déploiement de plusieurs solutions numériques interconnectées
- Surveiller l’avancement, les risques et les interdépendances entre les initiatives
- Piloter les mises en service jusqu’au passage en mode opérationnel
- Travailler au cœur d’une équipe de plus de 20 personnes et de divers fournisseurs
- Œuvrer dans un environnement hybride Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) et Waterfall
PROFIL
- 20+ années d’expérience professionnelle comme Gestionnaire de Projets TI
- Expérience en transformation numérique dans le secteur de la santé (fort atout)
- Expertise en coordination de projets impliquant plusieurs fournisseurs
- Aisance à vulgariser l’avancement des projets auprès de la direction
- Autonomie et bonne capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités en parallèle
- Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) (atout)
- BAC en TI, en administration des affaires, en gestion ou l’équivalent
- Français requis, Anglais étant un atout
