We are currently looking for a Mainframe Operator for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.
MANDATE
- Continuously monitor mainframe environments (batch and online)
- Execute operating procedures according to established schedules
- Diagnose first-level incidents and apply corrective measures
- Document interventions and follow-ups in the ticketing tool
- Join a team of about 30 mainframe IT specialists
- Work in an environment based on IBM z/OS, JCL and monitoring tools
PROFILE
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Mainframe Operator
- Experience operating IBM mainframe environments (batch and online)
- Proficiency with backups, file transfers and job restarts
- Good knowledge of monitoring and ticketing tools
- Experience in a 24/7 IT operations center
- Availability for a rotating schedule (evenings, nights and weekends)
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- French required

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Opérateur Mainframe pour un contrat d’une durée de 12 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.
MANDAT
- Surveiller en continu les environnements mainframe (batch et en ligne)
- Exécuter les procédures d'exploitation selon les calendriers établis
- Diagnostiquer les incidents de premier niveau et appliquer les correctifs
- Documenter les interventions et les suivis dans l'outil de gestion des billets
- Travailler au cœur d'une équipe d'environ 30 spécialistes TI mainframe
- Œuvrer dans un environnement sur IBM z/OS, JCL et des outils de surveillance
PROFIL
- 3+ années d'expérience professionnelle comme Opérateur Mainframe
- Expérience en exploitation d'environnements IBM mainframe (batch et en ligne)
- Aisance avec les sauvegardes, transferts de fichiers et redémarrages
- Bonnes connaissances en outils de surveillance et de gestion des billets
- Expérience en centre d'exploitation informatique à couverture continue
- Disponibilité pour un horaire en rotation (soirs, nuits et fins de semaine)
- DEC ou BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent
- Français requis
