We are currently looking for a BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) Specialist for a 40-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.
MANDATE
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with business stakeholders
- Model new business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation
- Maintain documentation for existing business processes
- Develop architecture artifacts using ArchiMate and Enterprise Architect
- Take part in a major organizational transformation project
- Work in an environment based on UML, SharePoint, Jira and Confluence
PROFILE
- 7+ years of IT experience, including 5+ in process modeling (BPMN 2.0)
- Expertise in modeling with ArchiMate
- Proficiency with Enterprise Architect (Sparx Systems) for documentation
- Functional knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML)
- Strong ability to lead requirements-gathering workshops
- Autonomy in writing and maintaining process documentation
- CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience within a Quebec public sector organization
- Good working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and SharePoint
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- French required

MANDAT
- Animer des ateliers de récolte de besoins avec les parties prenantes
- Modéliser de nouveaux processus d'affaires selon la notation BPMN 2.0
- Maintenir à jour la documentation des processus d'affaires existants
- Élaborer des artéfacts d'architecture avec ArchiMate et Enterprise Architect
- Participer à un projet de grande transformation organisationnelle
- Œuvrer dans un environnement basé sur UML, SharePoint, Jira et Confluence
PROFIL
- 7+ années d'expérience en TI, dont 5+ en modélisation BPMN 2.0
- Expertise en modélisation avec ArchiMate
- Maîtrise d'Enterprise Architect (Sparx Systems) pour la documentation
- Connaissance fonctionnelle du Langage de Modélisation Unifié (UML)
