We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity PAM Specialist for a 12+ month contract with the possibility of renewal.
MANDATE
- Oversee daily IAM/PAM governance activities and ensure access compliance within CyberArk
- Identify and resolve issues, incidents, or deviations from security policies in collaboration with relevant teams
- Analyze root causes, trends, and risks to recommend and implement corrective measures
- Collaborate closely with IT, Risk Management, and Audit teams to ensure process consistency and efficiency
- Define and monitor key performance and risk indicators (KPI/KRI) to be presented to senior management and the board
PROFILE
- 5+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, IAM and PAM
- Expertise in IAM (Identity and Access Management) and PAM (Privileged Access Management)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk
- Knowledge of SailPoint
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- CISSP, CISA, or CRISC certification (asset)
- Bilingualism (French required and functional English)

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un Spécialiste Cybersécurité PAM pour un contrat d'une durée de 12+ mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.
MANDAT
- Superviser les activités quotidiennes liées à la gouvernance GIA / PAM et assurer la conformité des accès dans CyberArk
- Identifier et résoudre les problèmes, incidents ou dérogations aux politiques de sécurité en collaboration avec les équipes concernées
- Analyser les causes, tendances et risques pour recommander et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes TI, gestion des risques et audit afin d’assurer la cohérence et l’efficacité des processus
- Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance et de risque (KPI/KRI) à présenter à la direction et au conseil d’administration
PROFIL
- 5+ années d’expérience professionnelle en Cybersécurité
- Expertise en GIA (Gestion des Identités et des Accès) et PAM (Gestion des Accès Privilégiés)
- 3+ années d’expérience avec CyberArk
- Connaissances en SailPoint
- Aisance à communiquer et à évoluer dans un environnement agile
- BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent
- Certification CISSP, CISA, CRISC (atout)
- Bilinguisme (Français requis et Anglais fonctionnel)
