Technicien Informatique (contrat 4+ mois)

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Technicien Informatique pour un contrat d’une durée de 4 mois avec possibilité de permanence.

MANDAT

• Assurer le support informatique de 1er et 2e niveau ainsi que le suivi des billets

• Offrir un service attentionné et discret aux cadres de direction

• Traiter les demandes d'accès, de comptes et d'appareils (arrivées et départs)

• Participer au déploiement d'une cinquantaine de postes de travail

• Travailler au cœur d'une équipe TI d'environ 3 personnes

• Œuvrer dans un environnement 100% cloud sur Microsoft 365, Intune et Azure

PROFIL

• 5+ années comme Technicien TI de Niveaux 1-2

• Expérience en support auprès de hauts dirigeants exigeants

• Expertise en support Microsoft 365 et Microsoft Entra ID (gestion des accès)

• Bonnes connaissances en Azure et en réseautique (commutateurs, routeurs)

• Connaissances en Intune et Apple Business Manager (atout)

• Expérience en milieu financier ou juridique (atout)

• Excellente présentation, tact et aisance à communiquer

• Intérêt marqué pour se former et évoluer vers l'administration de systèmes

• Poste 100% en présentiel

• Disponibilité pour des déplacements mensuels aux États-Unis

• DEC en informatique ou l'équivalent

• Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)

We are currently looking for an IT Technician for a 4-month contract with the possibility of a permanent position.

MANDATE

• Provide IT support Level 1- 2 and follow up on tickets

• Deliver attentive and discreet service to senior executives

• Handle access, account and device requests (onboarding and offboarding)

• Take part in deploying around fifty workstations

• Collaborate within an IT team of approximately 3 people

• Work in a 100% cloud environment based on Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure

PROFILE

• 5+ years as an IT Technician - Levels 1-2

• Experience supporting demanding senior executives

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID support (access management)

• Good knowledge of Azure and networking (switches, routers)

• Knowledge of Intune and Apple Business Manager (asset)

• Experience in a financial or legal environment (asset)

• Excellent presentation, tact and communication skills

• Strong interest in training and growing toward systems administration

• 100% on-site position

• Availability for monthly travel to the United States

• DEC in IT or equivalent

• Bilingualism required (French and English)
