Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC. This position is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse and transportation operations, including scheduling inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate inventory movement. The role involves updating and maintaining logistics systems, tracking deliveries, resolving issues and delays, and communicating status updates to internal teams and external partners. The Logistics Coordinator will collaborate closely with warehouse staff, carriers, and customers to ensure service levels are met, documentation is accurate, and processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. The position also supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, analyzing performance data, and recommending operational enhancements.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, identify trends, and support process improvement.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with warehouse teams, carriers, and customers in a clear, professional manner.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve delivery issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
Candidates should possess practical experience in Inventory Management to track stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and support accurate order fulfillment.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles to understand end-to-end flows and optimize logistics operations.
Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with logistics or WMS/TMS software, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
Familiarity with Canadian transportation regulations and experience in a 3PL or warehouse environment are considered assets.
