Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Vancouver, BC. The Sales Development Representative will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach, and responding to inbound inquiries. This role involves researching prospective clients, understanding their logistics needs, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team. The individual will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, collaborate with sales and marketing on campaigns, and follow up consistently to move prospects through the pipeline. The Sales Development Representative will also support the preparation of proposals, participate in sales meetings, and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including outreach, prospecting, and qualification.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills to present solutions, handle objections, and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess Business Development skills to identify opportunities, support pipeline growth, and contribute to market expansion.
Relevant experience in B2B sales, logistics, transportation, or supply chain services is beneficial.
Proficiency with CRM software, sales automation tools, and basic data analysis is an asset.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with a willingness to learn about logistics solutions and industry trends.
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
