What will your typical day look like?

As an Expense Compliance Senior Analyst, you will serve as the primary French-language support channel for expense compliance work. Your specific responsibilities will include:

Identifying instances of non-compliance, spending patterns, unusual data trends, and potential fraud/abuse
Researching discrepancies identified during audit, determining an appropriate course of action for resolving issues based on results of the audit
Managing and prioritizing workflow/task assignments
Providing timely reporting of metrics to Management as required
Communicating effectively with employees and PPMD’s
Following-up on results of audits and analysis; developing draft reports and developing recommendations for improving policy and/or procedure
Interacting with respective Team Leads and Managers to resolve issues of a highly confidential or sensitive nature
Owning and delivering responsibilities with quality and within required timelines
Timely response to customer queries related to expense compliance
Managing Corporate card delinquency and cancelations

Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
Minimum of 4 years of experience in audit preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in French written and spoken (C1 level minimum)
Strong decision making and analytical ability
High level of integrity to work with sensitive and confidential data
Experience in Concur, firm financial systems and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Demonstrate flexibility in changing processes and procedures to meet team goals and responsibilities

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
