About The Team
We are growing our Product Engineering & Development team and seeking a hands-on Junior Full Stack
Developer at the Business Technology Analyst level. The ideal candidate has practical experience building
modern web applications using Angular for front-end development and Java with Spring Boot for back-end
services, along with proficiency in using AI technologies and AI-assisted development tools. You will contribute
to client delivery across the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design,
development, testing, integration, deployment, and documentation. You will work with technical and business
teams to build secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions and may also support technical solutioning and pre
sales activities alongside senior team members.
What will your typical day look like?
- Assist with the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of full stack applications using
- Angular and Java with Spring Boot.
- Build responsive, accessible, and reusable front-end components using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and back-end services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Integrate front-end applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while following software development and secure coding practices.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; troubleshoot defects across the application stack.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, client workshops, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to document requirements, solution designs, technical decisions, and user-facing features.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, application modernization, and release activities.
- Apply AI technologies and AI-assisted development tools to improve software design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and delivery activities.
- Research emerging application development, AI-enabled delivery, and cloud technologies that can support client engagements.
- Prepare client deliverables, including presentations, reports, demonstrations, and technical documentation
Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You
Must-have qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript through internships, co-op placements, academic work, or personal projects.
- Experience developing back-end applications or APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Proficiency in AI concepts and tools, including practical experience using AI-assisted development tools or integrating AI capabilities into applications.
- Understanding of front-end fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, component-based design, forms, routing, and API integration.
- Familiarity with RESTful services, JSON, relational databases, and source control using Git. Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, debugging, and software testing fundamentals.
- Exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile delivery practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, team based environments.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Angular testing tools and Java testing frameworks.
- Exposure to microservices, API security, authentication, and authorization concepts.
- Experience with SQL databases and object-relational mapping technologies.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools, containerization, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and infrastructure or deployment automation.
- Exposure to prompt engineering, generative AI, machine learning concepts, or responsible AI practices.
- Demonstrated leadership or teamwork experience through campus involvement, extracurricular activities, internships, or co-op placements.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $90,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
