What will your typical day look like?
Deloitte Canada is seeking a Consultant with SAP Fieldglass capabilities to join our Sourcing & Procurement consulting team. You will support technology-enabled external workforce and services procurement transformation initiatives while developing your ability to independently own functional workstreams.
You will work with experienced functional leads to translate business requirements into practical SAP Fieldglass solutions. Your work will span requirements gathering, process and solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, with regular interaction across client procurement, human resources, finance, technology, and supplier teams.

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You
You are someone who:
- Has a bachelor's or master’s degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Has a minimum of 4 years of overall consulting and/or relevant industry experience, including hands-on exposure to SAP Fieldglass implementations and support engagements.
- Has deep experience of service procurement process and practical experience with SAP Fieldglass capabilities, such as Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement and Statements of Work, Worker Profile Management, or related integrations.
- Is comfortable investigating complex issues, performing root-cause analysis, and working collaboratively with business, technical, and integration teams to resolve them. Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and is able to independently drive solution ownership using process, configuration, reporting, workflow, master data, or integration-based solutions within the Fieldglass ecosystem.
- Can support requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, external workforce and services procurement process mapping, solution design, configuration, and functional documentation.
- Has experience preparing and executing system integration testing and user acceptance testing, documenting defects, coordinating resolution, and supporting regression testing.
- Can support master and transactional data validation, supplier and user readiness, deployment preparation, training, cutover, and hyper care activities.
- Demonstrates the ability to develop high-quality client deliverables and communicate clearly with business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and project leadership.
- Understands contingent workforce management, services procurement, statements of work, worker onboarding and offboarding, time or expense capture, invoicing, compliance, or related procurement processes.
- Is committed to professional and client service excellence and is comfortable working with pressing deadlines and changing priorities.
- Has strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills and works effectively in collaborative teams.
- Is willing to develop deeper SAP Fieldglass expertise through project experience, coaching, and relevant certification.
- SAP Fieldglass certification and experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Integration Suite, APIs, HR systems, ERP platforms, or third-party integrations are considered assets.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
