What will your typical day look like?

You will:

Support discovery sessions and workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
Analyze current-state processes, pain points and business requirements and help define future-state processes and CRM capabilities.
Develop functional requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
Support mapping of business requirements to Salesforce/FSC capabilities and identification of functional gaps.
Maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories are sufficiently detailed and ready for sprint delivery.
Work with functional leads, architects, developers, data, integration and testing teams throughout implementation.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily delivery activities, demonstrations and retrospectives.
Support functional testing, defect investigation, UAT preparation and resolution of business issues.
Prepare functional documentation, decision logs, workshop materials and other project deliverables.
Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to effective delivery across the project team.

Join a collaborative team focused on delivering CRM and digital transformation initiatives for leading Financial Services organizations. We work closely with clients to modernize customer experiences through Salesforce solutions, combining expertise in business analysis, functional consulting, Agile delivery, and Financial Services processes. Our team values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning, offering opportunities to work alongside experienced consultants, architects, and technology specialists on impactful transformation programs.

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You

We are looking for someone with:

3–5+ years of business analysis, functional consulting, product or technology delivery experience.
Experience working within Financial Services; banking experience is preferred.
Experience supporting CRM implementations or transformation programs.
Salesforce experience is preferred; exposure to Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud is an asset.
Understanding of Agile delivery practices, including user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement and sprint delivery.
Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
Professional proficiency in both French and English, with the ability to participate effectively in French-language client discussions.

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
