We are passively seeking a Strategy Consultant on a 1 year fixed term, who combines strong consulting fundamentals with strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on program execution. The ideal candidate has experience in a recognized consulting or advisory environment, can structure ambiguous business problems, analyze complex data, evaluate scenarios and trade-offs, and translate findings into clear executive recommendations. This individual will work across initiatives spanning strategy, business operations, workforce planning, GTM and marketing programs, transformation, and change management, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of direct client-facing consulting experience, demonstrated strategy experience, strong executive communication/storytelling capabilities, and the ability to operate independently in complex, fast-paced environments in a recognized consulting or advisory environment
What will your typical day look like?
As a Strategy Consultant, you will work across complex, cross-functional initiatives that combine strategy, analytics, program execution, and operational transformation. You will take ambiguous business questions and translate them into structured problem statements, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, assess options and trade-offs, and develop clear, executive-ready recommendations.
Depending on the engagement, you may support workforce and operating model initiatives, GTM and demand generation programs, transformation and change initiatives, or business operations.
You will partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage workstreams, track risks and dependencies, facilitate workshops, develop strategic narratives and executive presentations, and drive initiatives from analysis through implementation. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven decision making.
About The Team
You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative demand generation marketing team focused on driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth through integrated marketing initiatives. The team works closely with marketing, sales, operations, and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable campaigns that generate measurable business impact. This environment values innovation, operational excellence, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to marketing performance.
Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You
You are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Typically 3–6 years of overall professional experience, with demonstrated Consultant / Senior Consultant-level responsibilities.
- Demonstrated strategy experience, including problem structuring, strategic analysis, scenario modelling, business cases, operating models, GTM strategy, transformation strategy, or similar advisory work.
- Strong structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to define ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, evaluate constraints and trade-offs, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, including the ability to structure, clean, validate, and interpret complex datasets.
- Ability to translate analysis into executive-ready recommendations and strategic narratives, rather than simply presenting data or dashboards.
- Demonstrated experience building leadership presentations that clearly communicate context, insights, options, trade-offs, recommendations, risks, and next steps.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects or consulting workstreams, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder expectations.

- Advanced proficiency in Google Slides / PowerPoint and Google Sheets / Excel.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, cloud, technology, or professional-services environments.
- Experience with workforce strategy, FTE/headcount planning, workforce analytics, organizational design, or operating model transformation.
- Experience with GTM strategy, demand generation, integrated marketing, marketing operations, or campaign strategy.
- Experience with PMO, transformation, change management, organizational enablement, or business operations.
- Experience with SQL, data querying, scripting, ETL processes, or reporting automation.
