As a Growth Platform Demand-Generation Marketing Manager , you will lead the development and execution of growth marketing, demand generation, and growth activation strategies across Deloitte Canada's Growth Platform (Ecosystem & Alliances) portfolio.
Working closely with Growth Platform Leaders (GPLs) (Alliance Managers), Lead Alliance Partners (LAPs), and alliance stakeholders, you will translate business priorities into measurable marketing programs that strengthen alliance relationships, increase client engagement, influence pipeline growth, and generate meaningful business impact.
This role provides an opportunity to help activate and scale Deloitte's Growth Platform offerings across priority industries, sectors, and clients while supporting many of the firm's most strategic ecosystem and alliance relationships.
This is an
18-month opportunity directly supporting market growth activities that are tightly aligned to firm and Growth Platform priorities. Given the strategic importance of this work, there is potential for long-term career growth for high-performing candidates.
What will your typical day look like?
Demand Generation and Growth Activation:
- Partner with Growth Platform Leaders (GPLs) (Alliance Managers), Lead Alliance Partners (LAPs), Growth Platform teams, and alliance stakeholders to translate Growth Platform, alliance, and market priorities into actionable marketing plans aligned to Deloitte's firmwide Bold Bets and industry and sector priorities.
- Lead the seamless execution of integrated demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), partner marketing, client engagement, and growth activation initiatives that accelerate pipeline, strengthen alliance value, and increase market impact.
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of strategic sponsorships, industry events, alliance events, and client engagement activities designed to strengthen market positioning, enhance brand eminence, and deepen client relationships.
- Develop repeatable marketing playbooks, activation frameworks, and leading practices that can scale across Deloitte's top 15 Growth Platforms and broader ecosystem portfolio.
Marketing Investment, Planning & Performance Management:
- Own Growth Platform marketing investment planning, budget management, forecasting, and prioritization activities across assigned Growth Platforms.
- Develop integrated marketing plans that align investments to business priorities, growth objectives, and expected outcomes.
- Establish performance measures that connect marketing activities to client engagement, pipeline influence, alliance value, and business results.
- Develop and deliver reporting, insights, impact assessments, and ROI analyses for GPLs, LAPs, and Commercial Activation leadership to support investment decisions and demonstrate the value of Growth Platform marketing activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Leadership:
- Build trusted relationships with Growth Platform Leaders (Alliance Managers), Lead Alliance Partners, and senior stakeholders through proactive communication, strong client service, polished executive presence, and consistent delivery excellence.
- Demonstrate leadership and collaborate effectively across onshore and offshore marketing colleagues to optimize execution and delivery against Growth Platform overall marketing plan and priorities.
- Provide regular updates on plans, priorities, progress, impact, opportunities, and risks to Commercial Activation leadership and key stakeholders.
- Leverage collaboration tools, marketing technologies, reporting platforms, and GenAI capabilities to modernize processes, enhance insights, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, automate activities, improve reporting, and increase team effectiveness through the adoption of emerging technologies and leading practices.
About The Team
The Canadian Growth Platforms (Ecosystem & Alliances) team drives Deloitte's most strategic alliance, ecosystem, and growth priorities.
The Growth Platform Commercial Activation team helps shape market strategy, activate growth initiatives and strategic campaigns, strengthen ecosystem relationships, accelerate sales opportunities, and deliver measurable business impact.
This role supports Deloitte's top 15 Growth Platforms and plays an important role in helping bring Growth Platform offerings to market, deepen client engagement, strengthen alliance relationships, and accelerate growth outcomes across industries and sectors.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, B2B marketing, alliance marketing, partner marketing, field marketing, or account-based marketing.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs that support pipeline creation and business growth objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans and measurable outcomes.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI through performance measurement and reporting.
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders and executives, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, influence decision-making, and build trusted relationships.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship management, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining strong execution discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting alliance, ecosystem, partner, or channel marketing initiatives.
- Experience working with technology alliances, cloud providers, or strategic partnerships.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs and targeted growth campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, campaign analytics, and pipeline reporting.
- Experience with market development funds (MDF), joint marketing programs, or co-funded campaigns.
- Experience within professional services, consulting, technology, software, cloud, or partner-led growth environments.

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
