Deloitte Global is the engine of the Deloitte network. Our professionals reach across disciplines and borders to develop and lead global initiatives. We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.

What will your typical day look like?

As a Manager, you'll work closely with senior leaders to drive various strategic initiatives around enterprise platform strategy, agentic AI system design, AI governance, enterprise data strategy, and the foundations for emerging AI-native ventures - work that sits squarely at the intersection of technology and business strategy. You pair genuine technical depth - enough to independently evaluate architecture and platform decisions and be seen as a credible peer by engineering and architecture leaders - with strategic leadership, executive stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Specific responsibilities include:

Drive workstreams end-to-end - from problem framing through recommendation and mobilization - on questions spanning platforms, architecture, agentic AI, and data strategy.
Lead research and analysis spanning enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, agentic AI, data strategy, market trends, economics, risk, and governance - synthesizing technical and business perspectives into a coherent point of view.
Drive evaluation of technology platforms, architectures, and vendor or build options against established technical, security, data, and regulatory standards, translating findings into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Guide technology portfolio decisions - what the network converges, scales, retires, or invests in - partnering with architecture and engineering leadership.
Own executive narratives, strategy papers, and decision memos; run leadership working sessions and steering committees.
Manage a team and multiple workstreams with disciplined planning, stakeholder management, and high-quality delivery.

About The Team

Deloitte Technology works at the forefront of technology development and processes to support and protect Deloitte around the world. In this truly global environment, we operate not in "what is" but rather "what can be" to help Deloitte deliver and connect with its clients, its communities, and one another in ways not previously conceived.

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You

Do you possess the following?:

Strategic & Leadership Skills

Problem framing and hypothesis-driven analysis at portfolio and enterprise scale.
Ability to connect technology and platform choices to business strategy, investment decisions, and measurable outcomes.
Ability to build and defend the case for difficult trade-offs with senior executives and steering committees.
Ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams; own workstream delivery end-to-end.

Technology fluency

Deep, current fluency across enterprise and cloud architecture, platform engineering, and agentic AI system design - sufficient to independently evaluate architecture and vendor/build proposals.
Ability to quickly assess unfamiliar or evolving technical standards and frameworks and judge whether a proposal meets them.
Strong working understanding of data architecture, governance, and regulatory or sovereignty considerations.
Credible technical counterpart to architects, engineering leaders, and CTO/CIO-level stakeholders - not just a strategy facilitator.

Experience & Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Information Systems, or a related technical field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Approximately 7+ years of experience combining substantial hands-on or leadership technology experience - enterprise architecture, platform/cloud engineering, or AI/ML engineering - with strategy, consulting, or transformation leadership.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people. We regularly benchmark across a variety of positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels. Our approach is grounded on recognizing people's unique strengths and contributions and rewarding the value that they deliver.

Along with a competitive base salary and variable pay opportunities, we offer a wide array of initiatives that differentiate us as a people-first organization. Our promise to our people: Deloitte is where potential comes to life.

You Shape How We Make Impact.

Diverse perspectives and life experiences make us better. Whoever you are and wherever you’re from, we want you to feel like you belong here. We provide flexible working options to support you and how you can contribute.

Some guide teams, some change culture, some build essential expertise. We offer opportunities and experiences that support your continuing growth as a leader.

Have as many careers as you want.

We are uniquely able to offer you new challenges and roles – and prepare you for them. We bring together people with unique experiences and talents, and we are the place to develop a lasting network of friends, peers, and mentors.
