What will your typical day look like?

You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive clients, helping them address complex leadership, culture, and workforce challenges. Working at the intersection of business strategy and people performance, you will partner with senior leaders to deliver leadership development, learning, and culture initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and drive measurable business outcomes.

Drawing on your expertise in leadership strategy, adult learning, and leadership development, you will lead teams to create and deliver innovative, high-impact experiences. These may include executive workshops, leadership academies, innovation labs, team effectiveness programs, and enterprise-wide capability-building journeys. You will help clients translate complex organizational priorities into practical solutions that equip leaders to navigate uncertainty, and accelerate performance.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary consulting teams and play a key role in shaping client engagements from strategy through execution. You will positively influence clients, teams, and individuals by fostering collaboration, coaching team members, and building the next generation of leadership and learning practitioners.

Additionally, you will help shape and grow Deloitte's Leadership Services practice by leading business development efforts, cultivating executive relationships, and driving innovation across emerging topics such as future leadership, workforce transformation, AI-enabled learning, and leadership in the age of GenAI. You will be accountable for identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth and market differentiation of the practice.

The Organization & Work Transformation (OWT) practice delivers the optimal suite of services to unlock human potential and create productive, adaptable organizations that are resilient to risk and fit for the future. Our purpose is to build organizations of the future and make work better for people by architecting transformations that elevate the people experience and drive human performance in alignment with business strategy.

Our Culture, Leadership & Learning (CLL) team helps clients build the organizational culture and leadership team required to achieve strategic business goals. We focus on assessing current culture, pinpointing the future culture required, and building the roadmap to get there, while enhancing leadership capabilities and developing a strong leadership pipeline to support transformation. We give organizations the capabilities they need to thrive in the future of work and achieve their business goals.

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You

You are someone with:

10+ years of relevant experience designing and delivering leadership development, executive education, talent, organizational development, or human capital programs; consulting experience is strongly preferred.
A strong record of leading complex, high-profile programs for executive and C-suite audiences from initial diagnosis through design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Exceptional executive presence and facilitation skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, manage challenging dynamics, and influence without authority.
Current knowledge of learning science, leadership research, digital learning ecosystems, generative AI applications, immersive methods, coaching, assessment, and measurement approaches.
A commercial mindset and demonstrated ability to sell professional services, including opportunity origination, account development, proposal leadership, executive presentations, pricing, negotiation, and revenue growth.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to connect leadership capability to enterprise priorities, transformation agendas, and measurable performance.
Excellent written, verbal, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex ideas clear, practical, and compelling.
Proven experience leading teams and multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining quality, financial discipline, and stakeholder confidence.
A relevant undergraduate degree; a graduate degree or recognized credential in leadership, adult learning, organizational psychology, coaching, business, or a related discipline is an asset.
Flexibility to travel based on client and program requirements.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
