What will your typical day look like?

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will set a forward-looking strategy for the technology, data, governance, and capability-building infrastructure that enables Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition function to operate as a connected, AI-enabled ecosystem. You will lead the transition from fragmented systems and manual workflows to integrated platforms, real-time insight, responsible automation, and measurable business impact. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you will help shape a simple, scalable operating model with clear accountability and disciplined handoffs across recruiting delivery, programs, and operations.

Technology strategy and responsible innovation

Own and execute a multi-year Talent Acquisition technology roadmap spanning current and future-state tools, including ATS/CRM (SuccessFactors), and AI-enabled sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate engagement.
Prioritize open, integrated platforms and interoperable data over siloed point solutions, translating the function’s growth trajectory into sequenced investments, clear business cases, and measurable outcomes.
Run focused AI pilots in high-impact areas, establish human checkpoints for judgment based decisions, evaluate value and risk, and scale solutions that improve speed, capacity, quality, and candidate experience.

Data, analytics, and business insight

Own the Talent Acquisition analytics strategy, data model, reporting standards, and dashboard portfolio across Early Talent, Experienced Hire, Executive Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition Programs.
Connect hiring data to skills intelligence, workforce demand, candidate experience, recruiter capacity, quality, cost, representation, and longer-term business outcomes.
Equip leaders with timely, decision-ready insights; identify emerging risks and opportunities; and continuously improve data quality, definitions, adoption, and self service capability.

Governance, compliance, and operational integrity

Own Talent Acquisition governance across all pillars, including technology and process controls, responsible and transparent use of AI, bias monitoring, privacy, compliance, and audit readiness.
Establish decision rights, standards, governance forums, escalation paths, and disciplined handoffs so tools, data, and processes are applied consistently across the operating model.
Represent Talent Acquisition for background check escalations and lead related process improvements, balancing candidate experience, business needs, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Recruiter capability, enterprise adoption, and measurable impact

Own the recruiter skill-development curriculum, building AI fluency, data literacy, process expertise, sound judgment, and the advisory capabilities required for team members to orchestrate technology effectively and advance within Talent Acquisition.
Partner with Early Talent, Experienced Hire, Executive Recruiting, and Talent Attraction & Brand Strategy leaders to drive adoption, define ownership and service expectations, and embed tools, insights, and governance into daily delivery.
Define and report the value of the operations portfolio, linking investment to cycle time, recruiter capacity, candidate experience, quality, risk reduction, and business impact; use evidence to continuously refine priorities.

You will bring:

Progressive leadership experience in Talent/HR Operations, HR technology, people analytics, governance, process transformation, learning and capability development, or a closely related field.
Experience setting and delivering a multi-year technology, data, and governance roadmap across a complex, national, or multi-business organization.
Knowledge of talent/recruiting platforms and workflows, including ATS, CRM, analytics, and AI-enabled sourcing, screening, scheduling, or candidate-engagement solutions.
Demonstrated ability to design pilots, assess business value and risk, lead change, and scale integrated solutions with appropriate human oversight.
Strong data and analytical capability, including experience developing decision-ready dashboards, improving data quality, and connecting operational measures to business outcomes.
Experience establishing governance, controls, compliance practices, and audit readiness, with sound judgment regarding responsible AI, bias, privacy, and transparency.
The ability to set strategic direction, develop talent, create competitive edge, influence across boundaries, and lead responsibly in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment.
Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
