What will your typical day look like?

We are seeking an experienced Workday Benefits Lead to join our Workday practice. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Benefits solutions for clients across a range of industries, while building your reputation as a subject matter expert and contributing to the growth of the practice.

Take accountability for Workday Benefits deliverables, leading client engagements and delivery teams to successful outcomes with a focus on client needs and value generation.
Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of Workday Benefits solutions across multiple clients and industries.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Benefits, with opportunity to expand into additional modules.
Participate in troubleshooting activities and conduct root cause analysis as required.
Provide guidance on Benefits-related integrations and reporting.
Support conversion of legacy data into Workday and incorporate ongoing client feedback within an Agile delivery environment.
Provide production cutover/transition support and ongoing production support.
Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing across the consulting and technology advisory practices.
Prepare status reports and presentations for internal and client leadership.
Support business development pursuits, including proposal development and presentations to senior executives.
Build long-term relationships with senior client personnel and executives through engagements and professional networking.

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You

3+ years implementing enterprise solutions, including at least one full lifecycle implementation, with a thorough understanding of Workday Benefits processes, best practices, and applicable regulations.
Workday implementation experience preferred; comparable ERP experience considered.
Workday Benefits certification is a strong asset.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related discipline preferred.
Exposure to a range of HCM/ERP vendors (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, UKG, ADP, Ceridian/Dayforce or similar).
Fluency in English required; French is a definite asset.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage client stakeholders and leadership.
Proven ability to lead teams and project deliverables in a collaborative environment.
Client-facing experience with both technical and functional stakeholders, strong relationship management skills, and a commitment to client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
