  • Oversee quoting processes to ensure they meet operational, financial, and client requirements. Act as a local escalation point for any queries or issues (internal or external).
  • Work with operations and client services teams to identify and resolve vendor or workflow issues, escalating and addressing risks proactively.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships within assigned territories, partnering with Operations and the wider Vendor Management team to support service delivery and performance.
  • Support regular vendor performance reviews in your territory to ensure high service standards and continuous improvement. Monitor work pipeline based on financial forecasts and customer feedback, and work collaboratively with Vendor Management and dubbing studio partners to ensure sufficient vendor capacity exists to support customer requirements.
  • Support the sourcing of new vendors where required to support business and customer needs.
  • Manage vendor payment operations, ensuring purchase orders and payments are processed accurately, on time, and in accordance with agreed payment terms.

Process Optimisation

  • Proactively review and enhance vendor management processes, workflows, and tools to improve operational efficiency, visibility, and reporting across projects, teams, and the wider business.
  • Partner with Product, Finance, and other support teams to define requirements for systems and tools that support cost collection, approval workflows, vendor performance management, spend analysis, and profitability reporting.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce duplication of effort, and improve operational efficiency through process standardisation, automation, and the effective use of technology.

People & Organisational Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and accountable culture.
  • Oversee managerial responsibilities including performance management, promotions, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Ensure consistent training and onboarding across Vendor Management teams.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and clear communication at all organisational levels.

Strategic Partnership & Governance

  • Collaborate with global leadership and regional leads to support growth, profitability, and market expansion for dubbing services.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect delivery, quality, and financial performance.
  • Represent Deluxe as a senior leader in industry forums, partnerships, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.
