Role Description This full-time, on-site Construction Project Coordinator role is based in Edmonton, AB. The Construction Project Coordinator supports interior construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating schedules, subcontractors, materials, and site documentation. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, assisting with budget and cost updates, preparing reports, and maintaining organized project records. The role involves daily communication with site supervisors, trades, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues, align expectations, and keep projects on time and within scope. The coordinator also helps ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures for interior finishing work.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Project Coordination and Project Management to organize tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple interior construction projects.
Candidates should possess skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management to support site activities, work with trades, and maintain construction quality and safety standards.
Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting to assist with cost tracking, financial reporting, and supporting project budgets and estimates.
Relevant experience in interior construction, commercial or residential finishing, or related construction environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Proficiency with project management software and basic office tools (e.g., Excel, scheduling applications).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is an asset.
