POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position focuses on servicing existing customers and developing new business from the Winnipeg East location. You will deliver service excellence while working collaboratively with the branch team to ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write work orders, create purchase orders, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Understand schedules and communicate accurate timelines
- Lead and collaborate with internal teams to complete work
- Cold call, network, and develop new business relationships
- Quantify product value using cost-per-kilometre and solution-based selling
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- • A self-starting, high-achieving work ethic
- • Willingness to work extended hours when required by customers and business needs
- • Valid Class 5 driver’s licence (required).
- • Strong math skills (order of operations required)
- • Excellent attention to detail for inventory, work orders, and invoicing
- • Ability to build and manage schedules
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (required)
- Minimum 3 years in commercial tire, trucking, construction, or agriculture industries (required)
- Secondary school education (preferred)

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (Saturday rotation)
- Holidays and weekends as needed
