Original job description

Dent Build, part of Build In York, specialises in designing, constructing, and developing dental, medical, and healthcare facilities across the Greater Toronto Area.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, highly organized, and confident Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This hands-on role combines creative marketing, client communication, CRM management, and active business development.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media

Create engaging, professional content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Design marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content using Canva.
Develop creative marketing ideas and support campaigns, exhibitions, and networking events.
Maintain consistent branding and a professional online presence.

CRM & Client Relations

Manage and maintain accurate CRM records, leads, and client information.
Track inquiries, schedule follow-ups, and monitor potential opportunities.
Communicate professionally with clients, prospects, suppliers, and business partners.
Prepare activity reports and coordinate client meetings.

Business Development & Field Visits

Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits.
Visit dental clinics, commercial brokers, suppliers, and potential business partners throughout the GTA.
Build professional relationships, generate qualified leads, and coordinate meetings with management.
Consistently follow up on opportunities and maintain an organized pipeline.

Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
Strong decision-making skills, sound independent judgment, and the ability to solve problems without constant supervision.
Ability to evaluate situations, prioritize responsibilities, and make timely, well-informed decisions within the scope of the role.
Experience in marketing, business development, client relations, or a related field.
Creative mindset with strong social media content creation skills.
Proficiency with Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with CRM systems is an asset.
Confident speaking with professionals by phone and in person.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with regular field visits throughout the GTA.
Valid driver's licence where driving is required for assigned duties.

Experience in healthcare, construction, interior design, architecture, or commercial real estate is an asset.

Who We're Looking For

We value initiative, creativity, accountability, and strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate does more than complete assigned tasks. They actively identify opportunities, develop ideas, build relationships, maintain organized systems, and contribute to business growth.

This position requires both office-based responsibilities and in-person business development activities.

To apply: Submit your resume through LinkedIn. Candidates with relevant marketing, CRM, and business development experience are encouraged to apply.
