The Opportunity

Join Dentalcorp as a Bilingual IT Support Specialist and play a key role in keeping our corporate Support Centre and national network of dental practices connected, supported, and running smoothly. In this highly visible role, you will use your English and French communication skills to solve meaningful technical challenges, support modern workplace technologies, and deliver a standout service experience for team members across the business while growing your expertise in a fast-paced, people-focused organization.

In This Role, You Will

Be a trusted first point of support for corporate users and dental practice teams, delivering responsive deskside, remote, and service desk assistance, including white-glove support for senior leaders.
Solve a wide range of everyday technology challenges across Microsoft 365, Windows devices, VoIP, telecommunications, mobile devices, printers, conference room technology, business-critical applications, connectivity, VPN, wireless, and peripherals.
Support the full device lifecycle by staging, imaging, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware that keeps teams productive.
Own incidents and service requests from intake through resolution by prioritizing, documenting, escalating, monitoring progress, meeting service levels, and keeping stakeholders informed.
Help team members stay securely connected by supporting user accounts, password resets, access requests, provisioning, SSO, MFA, and identity and access activities across Entra ID, Active Directory, and related platforms.
Partner closely with vendors, managed service providers, local IT providers, dental practice teams, and internal technical teams to deliver seamless support.
Spot patterns, support root cause analysis, and contribute ideas that strengthen service quality and the overall user experience.
Create and maintain practical technical documentation, knowledge articles, SOPs, and end-user support materials that make support more consistent and efficient.
Champion reliable, secure support by following IT standards, security policies, access controls, change management practices, and operational procedures.
Contribute to technology deployments, acquisitions, office initiatives, and operational projects that support Dentalcorp’s continued growth.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of corporate deskside and service desk support experience in a medium to large enterprise environment, including white-glove support for senior executives and leadership teams, is required.
Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with a customer-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service, are required.
Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, enterprise applications, hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, printers, and conference room technologies is required.
Proficiency with Entra ID, Active Directory, IAM, user provisioning, access administration, SSO, MFA, password management, and access-related troubleshooting is required.
Experience with device lifecycle management, ITIL-based support processes, IT security standards, access controls, change management, technical documentation, and end-user support materials is required.
Strong troubleshooting skills across network connectivity, VPNs, wireless networks, VoIP systems, Meraki, and FortiGate environments, with sound judgment to resolve issues independently and escalate when needed.
Ability to stay organized, prioritize competing demands, support high-priority executive issues, and coordinate effectively with vendors, managed service providers, local IT providers, and internal technical teams.
Experience supporting healthcare, dental, or multi-site environments and certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or ITIL are considered assets.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 CAD to $85,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 10% and competitive total rewards and benefits package). Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.

You will be based at our Toronto Support Centre, located at 181 Bay Street in the heart of Toronto’s financial district. This position will be on site from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays designated as work-from-home days.
