Intermediate Designer

The Intermediate Designer is responsible for supporting the delivery of a wide range of design projects within a multidisciplinary environment. Working under the guidance of the Creative Director and Senior Designers, they demonstrate strong attention to detail, design fundamentals, and craftsmanship while continuing to grow their skills and contribute to creative excellence. The Intermediate Designer will execute across a variety of projects including branding and identity, packaging, POS, print, digital, and OOH, collaborating closely with copywriters, art directors, and cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and brand alignment across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and execution of creative concepts across multiple client projects.

Support the day-to-day delivery of design mandates while managing assigned projects and timelines.

Apply and maintain brand guidelines across a variety of channels and deliverables.

Assist in creating brand assets, visual identities, logos, and design systems.

Stay informed on design trends, typography, and emerging creative tools and techniques.

Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and other disciplines to develop integrated creative solutions.

Prepare production-ready files for print, digital, and other media formats.

Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and team discussions.

Work collaboratively with architects, industrial designers, UX designers, and other specialists on multidisciplinary projects.

Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing ideas, feedback, and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

3-5 years of agency or in-house design experience in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Experience designing for print, digital, social, and web environments.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a range of design applications.

Solid understanding of typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.

Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines consistently across various deliverables.

Production knowledge and experience preparing files for print and digital execution.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a fast-paced creative environment.

Positive team player who contributes to the agency culture and supports colleagues when needed.
