Benefits
Paid time off

About the Role

We're looking for an organized, phone-confident Sales Coordinator to bring discipline and follow-through to our sales engine. You'll be the person who keeps opportunities moving: staying in regular contact with clients, keeping our CRM accurate, tracking every quote, and making sure our weekly pipeline meeting runs on current, reliable data.

This role supports our entire sales team across all business lines, reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing. It's also a real growth path toward inside sales for the right person.

What You'll Do

Make daily calls and check-ins with active and dormant client accounts, including reconnecting with clients we haven't spoken to in a while
Keep opportunity records current in ConnectWise: owner, stage, value, probability, next step and next-touch date
Prepare and update the pipeline tracker and dashboard ahead of our weekly sales meeting, capture commitments, and follow action items through to close
Make sure every issued quote has a follow-up date so no proposal goes stale
Maintain and enrich our target-account list, adding contacts and context as we expand into new markets
Flag clients and projects that are a good fit for service and support agreement conversations
Take over tender preparation and assembly as you get settled in the role
Prepare account briefs, agendas, meeting notes and follow-up task lists for key sales meetings
Deliver a weekly sales activity summary

What Success Looks Like

First 30 days: Learn our CRM and tools, shadow client calls and a full weekly pipeline cycle
By 60 days: Running client outreach and weekly pipeline prep independently, and owning tender preparation
By 90 days: Fully owning the weekly sales rhythm and reporting reliably without being asked

What You Bring

2 to 3 years in sales support, sales coordination or CRM administration
Experience with ConnectWise or a similar PSA/CRM platform
Genuine comfort on the phone with clients every day
Strong organization and attention to detail; you catch what others miss
Clear written communication; your reports and briefs stand on their own
Ability to support several salespeople without losing track of who owns what
Interest in growing into an inside sales role
A valid driver's licence is an asset but not required
