Role - CCM Delivery Lead

Location- Mississauga ON(Hybrid)

Full Time Permanent

5–8 years progressive PM experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in CS, Software Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
  • Hands-on software development experience (coding, app development, or technical implementation) - before or alongside PM work.
  • 5–8 years progressive PM experience with end-to-end ownership of client-facing technology or business-services delivery.
  • Project accounting experience - effort/time tracking, project-level P&L, resource loading/utilization, in a professional-services or IT services environment.
  • Presales estimating experience - built an effort/cost estimate that went into a proposal or SOW.
  • Comfort managing distributed/offshore-onshore teams.
  • PMP strongly preferred; otherwise PMBOK fluency + credible path to certification within 12–18 months.
  • Working fluency with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence) and Excel/PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CCM platform experience (Quadient, SmartComm, OpenText, MHC Automation, Compart, or similar).
  • Migration/modernization project experience (e.g., content/CMS migrations).
  • Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) in addition to PMP.
  • Professional services / consulting delivery background.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing technology or business-services projects, managing project accounting, estimates, resources, and distributed teams. Support delivery using project management tools and, where applicable, CCM platforms and migration or modernization approaches.

Requirements
