Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master III

Duration: 6 months

Office location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid)

Experience Level: 5-7 years

Working hours: 37.5

Hybrid: 4 days onsite

Summary:

We are looking for a very strong Scrum Master with proven experience and background in the industry. The candidate must have exceptional leadership skills to influence and lead the delivery of risk related products using our Agile framework. Looking for a go-getter, quick learner individual who can quickly onboard and support our Data business department effectively

Must Have skills:

Scrum Knowledge (Technology focus)

Agile@Scale knowledge, will lead PI Planning sessions and other ceremonies

JIRA / CONFLUENCE (needs to be strong, this is the main tools used – 95% of the time)

Kanban – Proficient in switching from Scrum to Kanban as needed.

Leading a team / Pod (strong leadership skills, preferable if they were a people manager before)

Soft Skills:

Strong communication

Keen Problem-Solving abilities

Ability to form new teams and start sprinting with them.

DaaS/Data knowledge

Data Consumption knowledge

Rahona – Migration to Cloud experiences

Data lake

Data ingestion

Coding capacity
