Review account activity, transaction details, and supporting documentation to identify discrepancies and establish appropriate next steps.
Make informed processing decisions based on account status, investigation findings, and applicable policies and procedures.
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved exceptions to the appropriate teams for further review.
Maintain accurate transaction records, investigation notes, and supporting documentation.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve transaction-related issues within established timelines.
Utilize MS Excel, Word, and Outlook to support transaction tracking, documentation, reporting, and daily operational activities.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

Banking/Financial Services Experience: 2–4 years of experience in banking operations, financial services, payment processing, or a similar environment.
