Job Title: Transfer Processing Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)

Summary of the Role

The role involves back-office operations, reviewing and processing transfers, handling escalations, and responding to requests from sales and front-end staff.

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process 50–100 transfers a day.
• Handle and respond to escalations from sales and front-end staff.
• Work individually most of the time and occasionally with the team.
• Perform back-office operations.
• Review and process transfers.

Must-Have Skills

1. Minimum 2 years of banking/financial experience.
2. Proficiency in MS 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
3. Transfers/transactions experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Prior experience in investments, including GICs, stocks, and mutual funds.
2. CSC certification or IFIC.
