Job Title: Wealth Operations Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)

Summary of the Role

The contractor will support the Wealth Line of Business (LOB) with cash-in and cash-out requests. The role involves processing requests across various applications and handling high-volume transaction processing within established SLAs.

The contractor will interact with internal stakeholders only and will have access to customer data.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Wealth LOB with cash-in and cash-out requests.
• Process transaction requests using various applications.
• Handle high-volume transaction processing.
• Process requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Review documents carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and work with Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions and reviewing documentation.

Must-Have Skills

1. 2–4 years of banking/financial services experience.
2. Customer service experience.
3. MS 365 proficiency, including:

• Outlook
• Word
• Excel

1. Experience with Excel spreadsheet management.
