Job Title: Receiver / Put Away

Job description: The Receiver/Stocking Agent is responsible for receiving, checking and storing goods in the warehouse. He ensures that the products received correspond to the delivery notes, that they are in good condition and that they are placed correctly in the designated locations in order to optimize inventory management.

Main responsibilities:

· Receive goods upon arrival and check quantities, quality and compliance with delivery documents.

· Unload trucks or containers using handling equipment (pallet trucks, forklifts, etc.).

· Identify, label, and record products in the inventory system.

· Place items in the correct warehouse locations according to the procedures (put away).

· Report any anomalies, damages, or delivery discrepancies to the supervisor.

· Maintain receipt and inventory records.

· Collaborate with the order picking, shipping and inventory management teams.

· Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the receiving and storage area.

· Comply with current health, safety and quality standards.

Skills and qualifications:

· Experience in reception or warehouse (an asset).

· Knowledge of receiving and stock management procedures.

· Ability to work with computerized systems (scanners, inventory software, etc.).

· Good physical condition and ability to handle loads.

· Sense of organization, rigor and attention to detail.

· Valid operator license (an important asset).

· Team player and reliability.

Description du poste:

Le réceptionnaire / agent de mise en stock est responsable de la réception, de la vérification et du rangement des marchandises dans l’entrepôt. Il s’assure que les produits reçus correspondent aux bons de livraison, qu’ils sont en bon état et qu’ils sont placés correctement dans les emplacements désignés afin d’optimiser la gestion des stocks.

Responsabilités principales :

Recevoir les marchandises à l’arrivée et vérifier les quantités, la qualité et la conformité avec les documents de livraison.
Décharger les camions ou conteneurs à l’aide d’équipements de manutention (transpalette, chariot élévateur, etc.).
Identifier, étiqueter et enregistrer les produits dans le système d’inventaire.
Placer les articles dans les bons emplacements de l’entrepôt selon les procédures (put away).
Signaler toute anomalie, dommage ou écart de livraison au superviseur.
Tenir à jour les registres de réception et d’inventaire.
Collaborer avec les équipes de préparation de commandes, d’expédition et de gestion des stocks.
Maintenir la propreté et la sécurité de la zone de réception et de stockage.
Respecter les normes de santé, sécurité et qualité en vigueur.

Compétences et qualifications:

Expérience en réception ou en entrepôt (un atout).
Connaissance des procédures de réception et de gestion de stock.
Capacité à travailler avec des systèmes informatisés (scanners, logiciels d’inventaire, etc.).
Bonne condition physique et aptitude à manipuler des charges.
Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et souci du détail.
Permis de cariste valide (un atout important).
Esprit d’équipe et fiabilité.
