WHAT'S THE JOB?
- Ensure the safe preparation of ingredients for our food and beverages, including measuring temperatures.
- Assist the chef in creating fresh, homemade meals and serving them to customers.
- Prepare fresh ingredients using industrial knives safely.
- Follow Dana Hospitality policies and standards, while complying with workplace safety regulations and food safety/sanitation requirements.
- Handle cash transactions for the cafeteria, accurately enter customer orders, process payments, maintain the designated cash float, and properly track all transactions.
Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Has experience working with fresh ingredients and preparing homemade meals in a fast-paced environment.
- Has the ability to lift (10 kg), pull and push heavy loads, and work in environments with exposure to extreme temperatures.
- Is able to communicate effectively in spoken and written French.

QUEL EST LE TRAVAIL?
- Veiller à la préparation sécuritaire des ingrédients de nos aliments et boissons, y compris mesurer la température
