Monitoring compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations, client requirements, and Dexterra policies and procedures.
Coordinating with Disability Management and operational teams on workplace injury and illness claims.
Ensuring all levels of management are informed of activities related to regulatory compliance, health and safety performance, and emerging risks.
Participating in client meetings, safety committees, audits, and operational reviews as required.
Working collaboratively within unionized environments to address health and safety concerns and support positive labour-management relations.
