WHAT'S THE JOB?
Dexterra is looking for a Full-Time Cleaner
This position is safety sensitive and requires the applicant to pass a background check as a condition of employment.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning, including, but not limited to: dusting; disinfecting; Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client at each location.
- Completing work to high quality standard.
- Being to work on scheduled days and hours.
- Must be able to read and explain MSDS sheets- Training provided.
- Must complete required safety training
- Work in a fast-paced environment where good physical and mental health is required.
- Ability to bend, turn, stoop, stand, reach high and low, lift and carry up to 25 lbs. for 3 to 4 hours per shift.
- Perform repetitive manual tasks on a daily basis
- Walking large areas of floor space
- Able to maneuver large machinery successfully

Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting and disinfecting, while meeting client-specific specifications and quality standards. Attend scheduled shifts, complete required safety training, and safely carry out physical tasks, including operating cleaning machinery.
Requirements
Applicants should be detail-oriented, self-motivated team players with strong communication skills who can take direction and work hands-on. The role requires physical stamina for repetitive tasks, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, and maneuvering large machinery; WHMIS certification is required, with training available, and first aid training is an asset.
