As a General Helper/Food Service Clerk, reporting to the Food Services Director, you will perform a variety of clerical tasks within the food services function. This position requires excellent customer service skills, auditing skills, attention to detail and is an essential contributor to excellent patient experience.

As a General Helper/Food Service Clerk, reporting to the Food Services Director, you will perform a variety of clerical tasks within the food services function. This position requires excellent customer service skills, auditing skills, attention to detail and is an essential contributor to excellent patient experience.
Your Work Will Include
- Receive and fill any new menu as per request logged
- Stock station requirements
- General station productions, chopping, baking, assembling and packaging goods
- Complete customer order request
- Assist other stations in down time
- General cleaning and sanitization duties, sweeping, mopping
- Temperature check food, beverages and record. Maintain records
- Understanding of POS system

Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Foodservice experience in education
- Evening and weekend availability is a must!
- A clear criminal background check is required for this role
- Food Handler Certification is required
- Allergen Safety Certification is required
- 1-2 years minimum in Food Service Industry

Responsibilities
Prepare and fulfill menu and customer orders, stock stations, and assist with food production tasks such as chopping, baking, assembling, and packaging. Clean and sanitize work areas, monitor and record food and beverage temperatures, maintain records, and assist other stations as needed.
Requirements
Requires 1–2 years of food service industry experience, including food service experience in education, and availability for evening and weekend shifts. A clear criminal background check, Food Handler Certification, and Allergen Safety Certification are required.
