AI TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT

Build AI solutions that improve how organizations work.

Dialogix helps organizations, including large financial institutions, turn AI ideas into production-ready automations in months.

We’re looking for someone who can understand a client’s business, identify where AI can make a measurable difference, and help design and deliver the solution. You’ll work directly with clients, develop prototypes, and guide their teams through implementation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead client engagements: run discovery sessions and workshops, map workflows, and define measurable outcomes such as time saved, improved quality, and reduced risk.

• Develop and refine prototypes using large language models (LLMs), automation platforms, APIs, and scripts.

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.

• Manage priorities and expectations: communicate progress and keep projects moving.

• Support reliable deployments: help solutions meet the security, governance, and quality requirements of regulated industries, including mandatory code review before production.

• Coach client teams developing their own automations, including how to use integrated development environments (IDEs) and command-line interface (CLI) tools.

• Improve how we work: contribute reusable templates, prompt libraries, and CLEAR playbooks that strengthen future engagements.

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least two years of client-facing experience in consulting, technology advisory, or digital transformation.

• Strong technical fundamentals: Python or JavaScript, APIs, JSON/CSV, SQL, and debugging.

• Hands-on experience with modern LLM tools.

• Clear communication: you can build trust, lead workshops, and explain technical topics to different audiences.

• Independence and sound judgment to manage competing priorities and move projects forward.

Experience in regulated industries, particularly financial services, and project management experience are assets.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

Professional working proficiency in French, spoken and written, is required.

Professional working proficiency in English is also required to lead workshops with English-speaking clients, communicate with them, and prepare project deliverables in English.

Language proficiency will be assessed through tasks relevant to the role.

WHY THIS ROLE

You’ll combine client advisory with hands-on building, taking projects from initial discovery through implementation. Your contribution will be measured by the practical improvements clients see in their operations.

LOCATION AND ACCESSIBILITY

This is a full-time position based at our downtown Montréal office, with regular in-person attendance required.

Dialogix welcomes applications from all qualified candidates. Reasonable accommodations are available throughout the recruitment process. Please contact careers@dialogix.ai to discuss your needs.

HOW TO APPLY

Apply through LinkedIn or send your CV and a short note to careers@dialogix.ai.

Tell us about an AI or automation project you contributed to, your role, and the results. Please omit confidential information belonging to a client or employer.
