Your role as Enterprise Account Executive, West

The mission of the Enterprise Account Executive, British Columbia will be to build and execute a go-to-market strategy across the province, grow the Dialogue brand, and drive new business growth.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a growing market. While Enterprise accounts will be a key focus, full-market coverage across British Columbia will be critical to the success of this role. We’re looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to build, experiment, create relationships, and help shape how Dialogue grows in the region.

The ideal candidate is a highly entrepreneurial, hands-on sales professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, figuring things out, and taking ownership of their territory. You may have a strong track record selling into Enterprise organizations, or you may be a high-performing Mid-Market seller ready to take the next step into larger, more complex accounts.

What you’ll be doing:

Own the British Columbia market and develop a go-to-market strategy to build Dialogue’s presence, brand, and customer base across the region
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close, with a focus on complex Enterprise opportunities
Build and grow relationships with Enterprise organizations, while maintaining a strong understanding of the broader BC market and identifying opportunities across segments
Develop and execute strategic account plans for key organizations, understanding their business priorities, challenges, stakeholders, and buying processes
Build a strong understanding of your territory, identifying target accounts, market opportunities, brokers, advisors, and strategic partners that can contribute to Dialogue’s growth
Take an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to building your business - testing ideas, creating opportunities, and figuring out what works in the market
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal teams to develop compelling sales strategies, content, and customer experiences
Follow a structured sales process and maintain accurate records in our CRM, ensuring strong collaboration across Go-to-Market, Medical Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, and other teams
Leverage multiple channels - including Marketing and Business Development leads, strategic partnerships, brokers, advisors, and direct outreach - to generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers, advisors, and other strategic partners both locally and nationally
Confidently present Dialogue’s value proposition to senior and executive-level stakeholders through virtual meetings and in-person presentations
Continuously learn and adapt, using insights from customers, the market, and your own performance to refine your approach and grow the territory

Proven experience in complex B2B sales – You bring 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally including experience selling into Enterprise and/or Mid-Market organizations, with a track record of building relationships, developing opportunities, and closing new business
Enterprise sales potential – You have experience navigating complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, or you’re a strong Mid-Market seller ready to grow into larger, more strategic Enterprise accounts
Strong relationship-building skills – You’re comfortable building relationships across an organization and developing credibility with senior and executive-level decision-makers
An evangelical sales approach – You thrive in a consultative sales environment, combining strong storytelling, communication, discovery, and sales acumen with the ability to clearly articulate value
A growth mindset – You’re curious, coachable, and motivated by continuously learning and taking on greater responsibility and complexity
A mission-driven mindset – You believe in making healthcare more accessible and are motivated by the opportunity to help improve access to quality physical and mental healthcare for Canadians
Strong understanding of the British Columbia market – You have experience selling into the region and understand the dynamics of the local business landscape. Experience selling into Vancouver and/or across BC is an asset
