Your role as Risk & Compliance Analyst

What You'll Be Doing

Own, Manage and/or improve processes and controls (policy management, sanction screening, vendor management, access controls review, etc.)
Support in the development and deployment of training
Support knowledge and document management
Respond to various queries relating to risk and compliance
Contribute to internal and external audits, as well as investigations following incidents
Perform certain monitoring procedures and controls
Work closely with various departments
Contribute to other files/projects related to risk, privacy, regulatory compliance, etc.

Hard requirement: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in compliance, risk, quality assurance or a related regulatory field

The salary range indicated represents the anticipated hiring range for this position. At Dialogue, a candidate's placement within this range is determined based on their relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and qualifications.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

60,000 - 75,000 CAD per year (Montreal Office (HQ))
