Diamond Property Wash is a growing GTA-based company specializing in commercial and industrial pressure washing, specialty cleaning, exterior restoration, and property maintenance.

We're looking for a motivated, dependable Pressure Washing Technician / Driver who's ready to work hard, learn new skills, and grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial hot-water pressure washing and steam cleaning equipment.
• Clean commercial buildings, warehouses, parking garages, luxury homes, and sports facilities.
• Safely drive company vehicles and transport equipment throughout the GTA.
• Load, unload, set up, and maintain professional cleaning equipment.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Use appropriate cleaning techniques and solutions for different surfaces.
• Document projects with before-and-after photographs.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Deliver quality workmanship while meeting project schedules.

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid Ontario Full G Driver's Licence.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Comfortable operating equipment and handling cleaning materials.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Preferred:

• Experience driving work trucks or towing trailers.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and equipment troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures.
