  • Prepare, review, and administer subcontract agreements, purchase orders, change orders, and other project-related contracts.
  • Monitor project costs, commitments, invoices, and expenditures, identifying potential cost overruns and implementing corrective measures as required.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements.
  • Work closely with Site Superintendents to coordinate site activities, monitor progress, resolve construction issues, and maintain project schedules.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring outstanding items are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, delays, scope changes, and potential conflicts, developing solutions to minimize their impact on project delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage project changes, including pricing, documentation, approvals, and schedule impacts.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and participate in project meetings, including client meetings, consultant meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings, and internal project reviews.
  • Monitor project quality and ensure construction work complies with contract documents, specifications, applicable building codes, and industry standards.
  • Ensure projects comply with applicable health and safety legislation, company policies, and site-specific safety requirements, working closely with Site Superintendents.
  • Coordinate building permits, inspections, consultant approvals, testing, commissioning, and other project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, including schedule status, financial performance, outstanding issues, and potential risks.
  • Oversee project closeout activities, including deficiency completion, substantial performance requirements, warranties, as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and final documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project records using Procore and other company systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, procedures, and company operations.
