At Didero, we’re building the autonomous supply chain, starting with agentic supplier management.
Global trade has never been more complex or more critical. Teams are underwater, reacting to a flood of challenges - from geopolitical risk to tariffs. Didero helps by automating time-intensive workflows with AI agents, deploying cutting-edge technology into one of the world’s most vital domains.
We’re backed by some of the world’s best venture funds and leading figures across AI, supply chain, and enterprise software.
About The Role
As a GTM Engineer at Didero, you’ll help build and scale the systems that power our go-to-market growth. Combining technical problem-solving, data, automation, and creative outbound strategies, you'll develop smarter ways to identify, engage, and convert potential customers.
This isn't a traditional BDR role. You'll work at the intersection of sales, growth, and technology, building repeatable systems that generate pipeline and accelerate our growth. You'll partner closely with sales and leadership to experiment, optimize, and scale what works.
You'll join a team of builders, learners, and believers, guided by values that shape how we work and how we build.
What You'll Do
- Build and optimize outbound systems that identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential customers across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain.
- Own pipeline generation, combining targeted prospecting, personalized outreach, and automated workflows to drive qualified sales opportunities.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline lead research, enrich prospect data, personalize messaging, and improve outbound efficiency.
- Design and run GTM experiments across different customer segments, messaging strategies, and outreach channels to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Develop scalable prospecting workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, CRM platforms, and other sales technologies.
- Analyze funnel performance and conversion data to continuously improve targeting, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline quality.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to refine our ideal customer profile, identify new opportunities, and turn successful experiments into repeatable GTM playbooks.
You'll be successful in this role if you…
- You enjoy building systems and figuring out how to make processes smarter, faster, and more scalable.
- You're equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing hands-on outreach.
- You're technically curious and excited about using AI, automation, and data to solve business problems.
- You're highly analytical, experiment-driven, and constantly looking for ways to improve results.
- You're resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without a predefined playbook.
- You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from zero in a fast-moving startup environment.
