The role

As a senior dev on our team, you're the technical anchor. It plays out on two fronts.

You guide

You take on the tech lead role. When a story comes in, you don't just execute it blindly. You understand the requirement, push back if it doesn't hold up, and raise your hand early when you see a blocker coming.

Define the targets to hit and the architecture rules
Understand and challenge story requirements
Advise the team on technology best practices
Review code and test features built by your peers
Flag technical blockers before they become emergencies

You build

You design robust solutions and you code them. You write automated tests because you know what it costs not to have them. And you propose innovative approaches when they solve a real problem, not just for the sake of novelty.

Design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions
Write automated tests, not just code that works on your machine
Use AI tools every day, because a senior dev in 2026 works with them, not around them

Here, what we code, we also deploy. You don't need to be an infrastructure or security expert to apply, since we have people for that. But if you like getting your hands into a deployment pipeline, or you think about "access" and "customer data" from the design stage, you'll feel right at home.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in software development
Hands-on experience building SaaS applications
Real experience with AWS and Terraform
Experience with, and enthusiasm for, automated testing
College diploma in computer science (minimum); university degree preferred

Nice to have

DevOps experience: CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring
Interest or experience in application security (access management, OWASP)
Experience developing AI solutions

What We Offer In Return

Le rôle

Comme dev senior chez nous, vous êtes le point d'ancrage technique de l'équipe. Ça se joue sur deux plans.

Vous guidez

Vous assumez le rôle de tech lead. Quand une story arrive, vous ne l'exécutez pas les yeux fermés : vous comprenez le requis, vous le challengez s'il ne tient pas debout, et vous levez la main tôt quand vous voyez un bloquant venir.

Définir les cibles à atteindre et les règles d'architecture
Comprendre et challenger les requis des stories
Conseiller l'équipe sur les bonnes pratiques technologiques
Réviser le code et tester les fonctionnalités développées par les pairs
Communiquer les bloquants techniques avant qu'ils deviennent des urgences

Vous construisez

Vous concevez des solutions robustes et vous les codez. Vous écrivez des tests automatisés parce que vous savez ce que ça coûte de ne pas en avoir, et vous proposez des approches innovantes quand elles règlent un vrai problème, pas pour le plaisir de la nouveauté.

Concevoir et livrer des solutions techniques de bout en bout
Écrire des tests automatisés, pas seulement du code qui marche sur votre poste
Utiliser les outils IA au quotidien - un senior en 2026 travaille avec, pas à côté

Chez nous, ce qu'on code, on le déploie aussi. Vous n'avez pas besoin d'être un expert en infrastructure ou en sécurité pour postuler - on a du monde pour ça - mais si vous aimez mettre les mains dans un pipeline de déploiement ou si vous pensez « accès » et « données clients » dès la conception, vous allez être bien servi(e).

Ce qu'on offre en retour
