Digital Labels is looking for an HP Indigo Digital Press Operator to lead our afternoon shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday with options to work overtime as needed.

Who we are looking for:
- Experience in operating digital printing presses, preferably HP Indigo or similar equipment
- Efficient and highly detailed in their work
- The Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team
- Works well under pressure & short deadlines
- Can Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance
- A positive attitude
- Someone who is dependable
- Excellent English Communication (spoken & written)
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor HP Indigo digital press equipment to produce premium printed products with accuracy, efficiency and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance
- Conduct quality checks throughout the printing process to meet strict standards and specifications
- Collaborate with team members to streamline production workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine maintenance, and quality assurance activities
- Maintaining a professional attention to detail while working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
