This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and solution delivery - translating complex business requirements into pragmatic, scalable Salesforce solutions that drive real outcomes for our clients.

You will serve as the functional consultant and solution designer across the full project lifecycle - from running discovery workshops and producing solution design documentation to guiding development teams and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Capture business requirements, pain points, and process gaps through structured workshops and interviews
Perform fit-gap analysis between client requirements and Salesforce CPQ / ARM capabilities
Define business outcomes and measurable success criteria at the outset of each engagement

Solution Design & Architecture

Shape end-to-end solutions across Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud (ARM), and integrated enterprise systems
Define ARM configuration requirements including product bundles, pricing rules, discount structures, quote calculations, and approval workflows
Provide clear options analysis with trade-offs, risks, and recommendations for each approach

Documentation & Artifact Creation

Produce high-quality delivery artifacts including:
Solution Design Documents (SDD)
User Stories with clear acceptance criteria
Process Flow Diagrams and journey maps
Workshop Facilitation Decks for discovery and design sessions
Release Readiness and business validation documentation

Development Guidance & Delivery Support

Guide developers and configuration specialists through the build phase, ensuring alignment with approved solution designs
Review builds against user stories and acceptance criteria prior to UAT
Proactively identify and resolve risks, scope gaps, or design deviations during development

CPQ to ARM Migration

Lead the business solution workstream for organizations migrating from Salesforce CPQ to ARM
Act as a trusted advisor on long-term revenue platform strategy and post-go-live optimization

Required Skills & Experience

Salesforce Expertise

Proven experience with Salesforce Primary Clouds, CPQ implementations (configuration, pricing, product catalog, approvals, quote output)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM)
Strong understanding of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process
Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud)

Business Analysis & Solution Design

Demonstrated experience running discovery and design workshops with senior stakeholders
Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Experience producing solution design documents and process flow diagrams

Preferred Qualifications

6+ years in Salesforce solution delivery, with at least 3 years in a Functional Architect or Solutions Architect capacity
