Curiosity is in our DNA, we look for individuals willing to ask the big questions and experiment fearlessly - those who embrace change not as a challenge, but as an opportunity. The future belongs to those who keep learning, and we are building it together. At Diligent, you’re not just building the future - you’re an agent of positive change, joining a global community on a mission to make an impact.

Advise customers on solution rollout strategies, project execution, and industry best practices.
Drive customer adoption and successful outcomes through expert consultation and delivery excellence.
Review and perform quality assurance on work completed by Advisory Specialists I and II.
Develop deep expertise in Diligent solutions and identify specialization areas as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Mentor and support team members, including onboarding and coaching new hires.
Support senior leadership with business development initiatives when needed.
Deliver managed services requests and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Excellent attention to detail, quality, and process discipline.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take on new challenges.
Experience working collaboratively across teams and responding effectively to changing priorities.
Passion for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders.
Ability to lead solution-focused discussions and help customers achieve their business objectives.
Relevant GRC accreditation (obtained, in progress, or planned).
