Role: Salesforce Lead Engineer – Marketing Cloud Advanced

Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Lead Engineer – Marketing Cloud Advanced to lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Marketing Cloud Advanced, Salesforce architecture, customer data, integrations, automation, and enterprise-scale digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced solutions.
Own technical delivery across Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, customer data, and downstream/upstream enterprise systems.
Design scalable solutions for customer segmentation, personalization, journey orchestration, and multi-channel engagement.
Develop and optimize Marketing Cloud solutions using SQL, AMPscript, APIs, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
Work with Data Cloud / customer data platforms to support unified customer profiles, segmentation, activation, and personalization.
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
Establish reusable frameworks, coding standards, deployment processes, and engineering best practices.
Lead technical design reviews and provide guidance to developers and engineering teams.
Troubleshoot complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and data-quality challenges.
Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with Salesforce architects and enterprise architects on solution and integration design.
Support CI/CD, release management, environment strategy, testing, and deployment automation.
Mentor engineers and contribute to technical capability development within the team.
Evaluate Salesforce releases and new Marketing Cloud capabilities and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in Salesforce development/engineering, with significant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced and enterprise marketing technology solutions.

This is going to be a hands on engineering role, need someone who has worked on B2B marketing
