Overview
Dimensional Tech Inc. is a fast-growing IT recruiting firm placing top tech talent with leading organizations. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented IT Recruiter or Recruiting Assistant to join our team.
This role focuses on talent sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement to identify strong technology professionals such as software developers, cloud engineers, data engineers, and technical consultants.
🚫 This is NOT an HR role. We are not looking for HR specialists or HR coordinators, and the position is not suitable for candidates pursuing a career in HR or HR administration.
🚫The position is also not suitable for candidates who are pursuing a career as an IT developer or engineer.
We are seeking someone with an IT technical background who can effectively identify, recruit, and engage high-quality IT professionals. Any HR background, education, or certification is not relevant for this role.
Responsibilities
- Advertise job opportunities through job postings and targeted email outreach to candidates
- Review and evaluate technical resumes and technology stacks
- Conduct candidate outreach and initial screening calls
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technology candidates
- Proactively source technology professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Support interview coordination and candidate submissions
Qualifications
- IT technical background or understanding of technology roles
- Comfortable with candidate outreach and networking
- Ability to evaluate technical skills and project experience
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Recruiting, sourcing, or sales experience is an asset
Rewarding Compensation Package
- Base salary + uncapped commissions + bonuses + company benefits
Office Location
- Right beside Kipling TTC Subway / GO Station
- 5 days per week working in office
