Peoplesoft HCM Developer - Senior

  • # Of Openings: 1 (Two positions)

• Duration: multi-year project

  • Office Location: DT Toronto, Ontario

Requirements:

  • Peoplesoft HCM modules development exp is a must.
  • Be part of an agile, self-directed, multi-disciplinary team that includes managers, senior solution designers, software developers and IT professionals with business expertise.
  • Provide technical expertise to deliver advanced and complex digital solutions in all phases of SDLC, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance in multi-platform environments.
  • Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations allowing clients to explore data and discover business insights independently.
  • Constantly and passionately learn emerging technologies, best practices, toolsets, and others to deliver state-of-the art digital solutions.
  • Provide and deliver technical solutions within large-scale ERP systems (Oracle Peoplesoft), supporting business process automation which achieves service delivery excellence and drives efficiencies.
  • Knowledge of Oracle database management systems and application database administration.
  • Peoplesoft HCM Knowledge and Integration: Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM operating systems, delivered application functionality, configurations and packaged application integration, focus on modules Absence Management, Time & labour as well as Benefit and payroll; Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, workflow, and tools such as PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Change Assistant, and Data Mover.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex PeopleSoft HCM and Oracle ERP solutions, supporting business process automation across the software development life cycle. Create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary agile team to deliver and maintain digital solutions.

Requirements

PeopleSoft HCM module development experience is required, with knowledge of Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, and Payroll. Candidates should also know PeopleSoft operating systems, application configuration and integration, security, workflow, PeopleSoft tools, and Oracle database management.
