Type: Full-Time, 7.5-hour workday, 37.5 hours/week
Salary: $110-120K + 10% annual bonus

DESCRIPTION:
Lead Front End Developer to design, develop, and test complex web applications in a fast-changing environment. Responsibilities include contributing to front-end strategy and vision, participating in solution design and technology decisions, and leading/mentoring other front-end developers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of hands-on front-end web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- 2+ years of leadership and mentoring front-end developers
- 3+ years of experience with Vue.js, React.js, or Angular 10+
- 3+ years of strong Git experience
- Unit and E2E testing (QUnit, Vite, Jasmine, Chai, Cypress, etc.)
- Test-driven development (TDD) skills (QUnit, etc.)
- Web accessibility experience
- Security tools knowledge: Snyk, BlackDuck, Fortify
- AI
- Agile experience (Scrum, backlog estimation, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence)
- DevOps/CI experience is a strong asset
- Banking experience – preferred
