Who You Are

The Director, Organizational Effectiveness reports into the SVP, Talent and leads enterprise-wide organizational effectiveness initiatives, including operating model implementation, organization design, workforce planning, culture transformation, leadership capability, talent analytics and change management.

What You’ll Do

Organizational Effectiveness & Design

Lead organizational design initiatives to ensure structures, roles, and accountabilities support business objectives.
Assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and collaboration.
Partner with executive leaders to support operating model changes and organizational transformation initiatives.
Facilitate workforce planning discussions to anticipate future talent and capability needs.
Additional duties may be assigned that are reasonably related to the role. Responsibilities may be adjusted or reprioritized in response to evolving business needs, technology, and organizational priorities, while maintaining alignment with the overall scope, purpose, and responsibilities of the position.

Performance & Organizational Capability

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management processes.
Develop talent review and succession planning frameworks that support business continuity and leadership readiness.
Analyze organizational capability gaps and develop strategies to strengthen individual, team, and leadership effectiveness.
Monitor key performance and talent metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Leadership Development & Succession

Oversee enterprise succession planning processes for key and critical roles.
Partner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and develop leadership pipelines.
Support leadership development initiatives that enhance leadership effectiveness and accountability.
Facilitate talent calibration processes to promote consistency and fairness across the organization.

Culture & Change Leadership

Lead organizational change management efforts associated with strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
Support the development and reinforcement of a high-performance culture aligned with DIRTT's values and business goals.
Partner with leaders to improve employee engagement, accountability, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.
Assess organizational readiness and develop action plans that support successful adoption of change initiatives.

Analytics & Strategic Planning

Develop and monitor organizational and talent dashboards and metrics.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership regarding workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
Leverage organizational data to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, productivity, and employee experience.
Prepare executive and board-level reporting related to organizational capability, succession, performance, and workforce planning.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

5+ years of progressive leadership experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, or human resources.
Experience leading enterprise-wide organizational change initiatives.
Experience partnering with executive leaders on organizational strategy and transformation efforts.
A bachelor’s degree in human resources and CHRP designation.
Strong organizational design and workforce planning expertise.
Deep understanding of change management principles and organizational development practices.
Ability to influence and advise senior leaders on complex organizational challenges.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
